The Price family is getting a new addition as Katie’s sister, Sophie, has announced she is expecting her first child.
Sophie Price, 30, shared her pregnancy announcement on social media, posing alongside her partner Harry Brooks.
The couple were seen holding up their baby scan pictures in the photo, taken in their car, as Sophie wrote: ‘13 weeks and tired AF!!! Bring on May 2021!!’
Among the well-wishers on her post was sister Katie Price’s ex-husband, Kieran Hayler, who commented: ‘Omg congratulations soph and @harrybrooks88’.
Katie’s close friend Kerry Katona also shared her good wishes for the couple, adding: ‘Omg congratulations my darling’.
The happy news comes after Katie, 42, revealed to her followers that she and boyfriend Carl Woods, 31, who have been together since June, are trying for a baby.
The couple have been open about wanting to get married and start a family, which would involve Katie having her sixth child.
Katie and Carl filmed themselves taking a pregnancy test on their YouTube channel, which showed the former glamour model wasn’t pregnant before they headed of on a ‘baby-making holiday’ to the Maldives together.
In the video, Katie told her followers: ‘We do want a baby and we’re not being careful. This result – if I am then brilliant. If I’m not we’ll just try next month.’
Sources reported that Katie was ‘convinced’ she was pregnant after the holiday, though the couple have yet to update fans on whether the baby-making trip was a success.
The pair are hoping to have a little brother or sister for Katie’s existing children – Harvey, 18, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, from her marriage to Peter Andre and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
With Sophie’s new arrival on the way too, it looks like Christmas at the Priceys is going to get even bigger next year.
