During his weeks of coaching he revealed that he has misplaced an unbelievable 11lbs, whereas upping what he eats.
The actor eats a whopping 3,000 energy per day.
“I in all probability eat about 300-350g of carbs a day. About 160g of protein, about 60-80g of fats, which I feel is about 2,500-3,000 energy.
