Millie Bobby Brown to launch vegan skincare line

The Stranger Things star used her Instagram to reveal her vegan and cruelty-free skincare and beauty line called Florence by Mills.

The 15-year-old actress said she had spent two years creating the ‘fun and accessible’ yet ‘sophisticated’ skincare and beauty products wrapped in her fave shade – lilac.

‘Literally the love of my life, I can’t begin to explain the love I have for this and how hard but crazy excited I was to create it,’ she wrote in an Instagram post.

The range, officially released on the 26 August, will feature a Clean Magic Face Wash, Glow Yeah Lip Oil, Zero Chill Mist Spray, Get That Grime Face Scrub, and Look Alive Eye Balm, as well as a few minimal-makeup items like brow gel and mascara.

In a video, the actor who has had a starring role as Eleven since 2016, said she believes ‘every young person deserves to have a good start with their skin’.



‘What I want my beauty brand to represent is individuality and embrace who you are,’ she said.

Having been an actor since the tender age of nine, Bobby-Brown has quite an experience when it comes to knowing lotions and potions are friendly to young skin, especially as people hit puberty.

‘I’ve sat in hundreds of make-up chairs and learned a few things along the way. I wanted something that was easy to use and made with changing skin in mind,’ she said in a statement.

We wonder if she will release a blood-red special lipstick inspired by her famous nosebleeds of power.

It’s been reported that a portion of the profits will go to the Olivia Hope Foundation, a childhood cancer charity that was launched after Bobby-Brown’s friend Olivia passed away in 2017 from Acute Myeloid Leukemia.



Friends don’t lie, so we have to admit we are super excited too and are watching the official countdown to launch for Florence by Mills.
