James Maddison and Fikayo Tomori miss out on England team to face Montenegro as Jadon Sancho replaces Raheem Sterling

James Maddison and Fikayo Tomori have missed out on England’s beginning XI towards Montenegro, however Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain returns to the aspect for the primary time in 18 months.
