A lady has been jailed after she deserted her canine and two cats when she moved out of her flat.

Tiffany Guest, 29, locked cats Reggie and Ronnie and canine Kray within the flat in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

When police broke in they found that Kray had eaten Ronnie after operating out of meals he scavenged from the bin.

He was taken into the care of the RSPCA on May 30, 2017, and yesterday Guest was given an 18-week jail sentence.

Guest was tracked down to her administrative center, only a mile away from the flat, however she fled to Malta in a bid to keep away from justice.

She returned to the final 12 months and was arrested on the border.

She appeared earlier than magistrates however after being granted bail she fled to Malta once more and was re-arrested when she got here again to the UK on October 10.
