A former Paralympic cyclist accused of climbing on to a British Airways plane and gluing himself to it throughout an Extinction Rebellion protest has denied inflicting a public nuisance.

James Brown, 55, who is visually impaired, is alleged to have climbed on prime of the plane at London City Airport on Thursday.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ on Saturday the place a not responsible plea was entered on his behalf by his solicitor Raj Chada.

Brown, from Exeter, wore a gray jumper to the listening to and spoke solely to affirm his identify, deal with and date of start.
