A 45-year-old guy has been convicted after police found an arsenal of guns together with a crossbow and axes in his car.

Gavin Price, of Sandown, at the Isle of Wight, was once found to blame at Newport Crown Court of 17 fees, together with ownership of an imitation firearm, bladed articles and different offensive guns.

They pieces have been best found out when officials stopped him for riding with out an MOT.

Price was once “noticeably obstructive” when he was once pulled over, a Hampshire Police spokesperson mentioned, however the officials “found out why when they searched the vehicle”.

He was once found to be sporting a lock knife tucked into his belt, and maintaining a crossbow and bolts in the boot of his car.

As the hunt went on, officials exposed looking knives, axes and a BB gun.

Price was once remanded in custody to be sentenced at Portsmouth Crown Court on 27 September.
